Managing cash, cash book and bank accounts as per Organization policy and procedures.
Manage proper follow up of bank statements and maintain checque withdrawal record at Head Office Level.
Ensure proper arrangements in order to facilitate and implement administrative rules.
Coordinate and communicate with field team of different consultancy projects from time to time including logistic and financial management of each team member.
Assist the consultancy field project team in procurement of goods and services for smooth working of the project.
Responsible for verification of petty cash record and fixed asset register/Project inventory maintained by admin and accounts assistants as per Organization’s policies and Procedures.
Responsible for submission of expense utilities bills as per procedure in coordination with Admin and Accounts department at Head office.
Timely submission and provision of requisition generated from project staff to admin so that need may be fulfilled on time.
Ensure appropriate filing system, and documentation at each level.
