Looking for Reasonable position In good Environment .where I can apply my educational and social abilities along with leading qualities , I have nine years working experience in social development Sector: including direct experience with different NGO,S multi National organization and donors and also social sector program and community development facilitation of training workshop ,evaluation, community mobilization, organization, and Pakistan safe drinking water and hygiene promotion activities ,distributions of hygiene kit and agriculture inputs as well, base line survey, assessment , social mobilization ,teaching ,emergency response ,monitoring of constriction work, field work, training of trainer PHAST & CHAST, Record keeping ,hygiene kit distribution, and two years I have worked at Merlin international Pakistan a nutrition project as a post of (OTP)Assistant and I worked Action for Humanitarian development. As a Post of DRR Officer in project of School Safety with Coordination Plan International Pakistan and I also time worked in a save the children as post of nutrition Assistant at RHC Jherruck and I worked now institute of rural management (IRM) as a screening officer. recently I am working in Greenewables Solar Company as a project officer till to date
1. Assistant SHS Program Manager in meeting with District and tehsil level Department and Local NGOs and other relevant institute to collect secondary data
2. Travel to remote areas of Pakistan for the data collection and displace temporarily till the execution of the project.
3. Lead the community outreach activities and field and support PM and allocating Source.
4. Coordinate with community stakeholders for the active participations in project activities. conduct regular visit of the project site and potential intervention areas to build report with community and conducted project activities.
5. Conduct a corner meeting in the primarily identified village /communities to get basic data of village and Mapping
6. Arrange a conduct Board - based Meeting at village level for the project orientation and information of community Committee.
7. Conduct Household Survey. to Collect the Socio Economic data of the household in selected villages.

4. Summarize the list of absentees / defaulter of OTP/ SFP beneficiaries and communicate with Outreach supervisor and Leady Health Workers
5. Make timely supply requisition and maintain proper stock record as well as proper storage of supplies at OTP/SFP sites

7. Provide counseling on IYCF at the breast feeding corners and OTP/SFP sites through the technical guidance of MERLIN’s IYCF counselor and other Nutrition staffs.

9. Ensure that children registered in OTP/SFP sites are properly linked to EPI program and ensure that the identified cases are linked to OTP/SFP
10. Ensure that referral linkage between SFP and ANC done properly for pregnant Women registered to SFP.
11. Ensure that nutritional screening done to all pregnant women (2nd/ 3rd trimester) coming to ANC and proper referral linking is done to SFP and PNC for lactating Women (With infect 6 months old)
1. Established Safe Schools in target district by strengthened environment friendly safe learning facilities and institutional arrangement for child centered school disaster management.
2. To establish environment friendly and safe learning facilities ensuring of participation stakeholders including boys and girls.
3. Conduct Vulnerability and Capacity Assessments (HVCA) in all the project schools
