Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to get manpower requirements, complete all documentation process and facilitate to provide high quality talent acquisition.
Facilitate in advertisement designing of jobs on social media to source the resumes for all vacant positions.
Maintain and update the Resume Data Bank. Conduct initial interviews (telephonic, Skype or face to face).
Conduct the Onboarding process as per company code of conduct.Update personal files with all relevant documents.
Processing of probation expiry forms & confirmation letters.
Ensure timely processing of employee’s benefits i.e. advances & loans, medical claims, final settlement, payment cheques etc.
Coordinate with department heads for Performance appraisals. (As per assigned Units).
Assist Head HR in organization development.
Preparing monthly payroll (day's, leaves, overtime, Addition & deletion etc) and sport accounts and finance department for smooth disbursement proces..
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing the whole recruitment process.
Responsible forsending new employee information to the management and concerned department after completing hiring process.
Preparing payroll, maintaining attendance, leavesrecords on HRM Portal and send monthly routine emailsto concerned departments.
Compile & Update employee records on HRM Portal.
Conducting telephonic Interviews, schedule final interviews and participate in decision making regarding selection and rejection.
Reporting to the management regarding HR related issues.
Collecting and verify all mandatory documents.
Preparing appointment letters, experience letters,salary increment letters and service confirmation letters.
Assist in day to day HR activities.
Orientation of new employees and timely distribution of HR related circular and information.
Act as focal person for biometric attendance management system.
Maintain the records of appointment, increments, promotion and issuing.
Processthe clearance of resigning employees and ensure timely processing of finalsettlement
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, Leaves, overtime)
Contactreferences and perform background checks
Handling employees queries related HR matters
Organize and maintain records of all expenses, repair and maintenance etc.
Creating employee profiles and updating on HRMS
Any other task assigned by management
Oversee daily operation of HR department
