Coordination with Head Office & inter departments with respect to deliveries and web store update.
Overseeing and managing administrative operations of Warehouse.
To address the grievances of the workers as per SOP’s.
Overseeing the payroll management of Warehouse staff.
Managing the civil work, electrical work & mechanical work of the warehouse.
Coordinate with Head Office and HR in the recruitment and selection of warehouse staff.
Managing the attendance/Leaves of the store and warehouse staff in Flow HCM.
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork with counseling, meeting and different Training Session.
Managing the team spirit and solve the problems of staff, Drivers, Company Fleet & Floor.
To ensure the standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.

Overseeing and local receiving of RAW Material & Finish Goods warehousing, and all distribution operations.
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization,
Inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space, logistics & floor management, productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Ensuring the safety of staff.
To Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance.
Managing stock control and reconcile with data storage system on SAP (B1).
Maintaining documentation (POD) and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
To oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
To Manage all company vehicle with managing drivers, vehicle maintenance, negotiating with suppliers, route planning, asset.
Utilization, managing fuel costs, overseeing fuel consumption, and also boosting company productivity.

Responsible for managing all operations related to FG&RM Warehouses.
Handling the inventory dispatches all over Pakistan from National warehouse (approximately 400000 Sft).
Delivery of stock against the sale & replacement orders at a given time.
To Manage Warehouse operation on ORACLE software.
To maintain stores according to the documented procedure of IMS.
To keep physical stock according to the computer system reports and bin cards.
To monitor the daily / receipts and delivery / issuance status of stocks.
To renovate discrepancies/errors found during validation/reconciliation of stock on daily basis.
Responsible for reconciliation with ORACLE reports and making necessary arrangements for monthly internal audits.
To arrange the vehicles against sales orders through the transporter.
To manage the storage, distribution & logistical functions related to order deliveries.
To manage agreements related to contractual workers/ transporters and warehouse.
Making reports as a requirement of Head Office.
To Manage Proper recording (POD) of delivery & receiving of units.
To adhere to all SOPs related to warehouse operations and implement across warehouses.
Fully control to prevent units from any damage.
To Managing the Finish Goods & Spare Parts storage.
To manage warehouse operation on SAP Software.
To arrange the vehicle against Sales and Replacement Orders through the transporters.
Managing the all warehouse activity inbound/outbound.
Keep training and motivating store staff to work diligently
