• Responsible for all Internal and external mail delivery system.
It includes post office, Couriers, other regional and head office,

• Maintains books for inward and outward mail
• Verification of courier bills and its reconciliation with the
receipts at month end
• Keep record of courier documents from one department to other
where required
• Distribution of Islamabad and Karachi editions to all
concerned departments on daily basis
• Offloading of newsprint rolls while shifting
• Scanning of vouchers, memorandums & circulation payment
letters & other office documents
