I am a post graduate business professional with concentration in Human Resource Management. My well rounded professional experience has a solid foundation of an MBA from Bahria University Islamabad.
The past five years of my professional experience have honed my skills as a mid level manager with hands-on knowledge of various facets of HR, Content Writing, Project Management, Trainings, IT Project Administration and Research.
The initial 2 years of my HR focused experience has been with a Swiss Aviation Group where I rose to the rank of an HR Manager in a very short time. I had also held the positions of Strategy Team Coordinator during the lead up to my management position, helping shape Strategic and Operational HR strategies and their successful rollout.
Due to my expertise and capacity to deal with fast paced work environment, I was seconded as the Team Lead Research & Communication Support to the Chairman PIA on a special assignment that included recruitment and training of the team members, training on the PIA MIS while managing the entire correspondence with over 14 directorates covering 28,000 employees. The role earned accolades for the work produced by the team.
I have worked as a Project Administrator in an international ICT Services company managing blue-chip clients and led an International team of IT engineers to support our global clients.
I am also a prolific writer and have been involved in content writing including Web-content and E-book writing, drafting Company Profiles, editing Newsletters and research, critical analysis and brief writing of training materials for corporate trainings.
