Currently working in capacity of Assistant Manager.
Supervise new school projects and report to the Trustee and Patron in Chief.
Coordinate with Govt. departments for the registration of new projects.
Writing proposal to Govt. departments to seek permission to work for Govt. Schools/Colleges.
Supervise the annual salary revision of Bestway Foundation staff.
Visit Bestway Foundation institutions to evaluate performance on monthly basis.
Handle employee grievances if any.
Manage CSR activities.
Manage and facilitate the process of registration, evaluation, and certification of the Foundation with regulatory bodies.
Manage general office operations of the Foundation at its Head office.
Manage procurement process for the Foundation.
Manage end-to-end and report all HR processes (staffing & recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, and grievances) for all Foundation employees.
Manage attendance of all Foundation employees and assist in payroll processing.
Maintain record of petty cash and other payments related to projects under Bestway Foundation.
Verify, control, maintain, and report accounts to the relevant department.
Develop various policies and procedures related to Bestway Foundation projects.
Prepare, coordinate, and compile project-related reports and documents.
Assist in developing and monitoring work plans and budgets, as well as associated deliverables.
Supervise operations for Bestway Foundation schools and any other educational projects.
Evaluate process and monitor payment of monthly Zakat to indigents.
Evaluate, process, and monitor of scholarships to deserving students as per policy.
Evaluate, process, and monitor of Endowment Fund for scholarships to various Universities as per policy.
Assist in liaising with beneficiaries, other societies, trusts etc. for any sort of support, collaboration, or coordination.
Assist in any matters of Communications and CSR of the Company as and when required.
