Currently Leading HR Department of on of the leading Technology based firm.
Currently working as DG Admin and supervising 5 major functions of the organization as follow:
i. NITB Board Affairs: Notified Secretary of the following two committees of NITB Board:
a. Executive Committee of NITB
b. HRGC of NITB Board
ii. Administration: with 1 Director, 1 Deputy Director, 1 Assistant Director & a team of 12 staff members
iii. Finance: 1 Director: with 1 Joint Director & a team of 5 staff members
iv. Human Resource: with 1 Deputy Director & a team of 7 staff members
v. Procurements: Member of the centralized procurement committee of NITB. (Head of NITB Procurement Committee in absence of the CEO)
Worked as Director HR in NITB and managed workforce of around 300 employees working on digital transformation projects of federal government of Pakistan. Employment structure of the organization includes (but not limited to) regular federal government employees, MP Scale Officers, PSDP funded project employees, third party contractual employees, contingent workforce and consultants. HR Department was the custodian of all employees’ management and development and enabling multidimensional workforce in highly digitized and disbursed working environment as our teams were working in all federal government offices to empower them digitally in performing their duties.
Worked as the Head of Human Resource Function of USFCo. Represented company in Human Resource Governing Committee of the Board of the Company. Directly supervised all HR functions including Board matters pertaining to the Human Resource of Organization.
Since Feb 2015, I was given an additional charge of Complete Human Resource Operations in which I am supervising 4 line manager with 20 + subsequent staff underneath in HQ and more than 7 officers and 50 + HR Staff across 6 regional HQs of FWO across Pakistan and UAE. This practice involved managing of HR Operations of more than 5400 civil employees of FWO. Besides that, I also looked after employees affairs of MES staff posted in FWO across the country.
In October 2013, I have been given an additional charge of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) section of FWO and handling integrated management system (IMS) of ISO 9001 : 2008, ISO 14001 : 2004 and OHSAS 18001 : 2007 issues of 107 sites across Pakistan. Under my supervision, FWO has become the first construction sector organization in Pakistan who obtains the most advanced ISO protocols in 2016.
In January 2013, I joined HQ FWO as section manager of Organizational Development and Leadership in HR Directorate. Till January 2015 I remained in that position whilst some of my major initiatives included rightsizing of HQ and allied units, OBS exercise of FWO, corporate development through capacity enhancement program, strategic reviews of HR SOPs, development of HR Manuals of MORE and IBEX (Subsidiary engineering firms of FWO), development of Provident Fund for all civilian employees and HR module development of e-PMS.
