Assisting in development, implementation and maintenance of highly efficient quality system pertaining to FSSC, HACCP, Halal, EMS, SEDEX certification and preventative maintenance and reporting to the Manager
Monitoring the degree of compliance with the requirements of QA Program at food and non-food
departments and report to the QA Manager
▪ Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring that each SOP meets the requirement
of department, laboratory and certifying/accrediting agencies
▪ Customer’s complaints handling, root cause and corrective/prevention action against complaints
▪ Vendor assessment and capabilities to ensure that materials are delivered as per defined specification
▪ Assisting & supporting the staff in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to
address any non-conformance and other audit observations received from the internal and external
audits
▪ Evaluating the training needs related to the on-going implementation of the Quality Management
System and conducting the need-based program as and when needed
▪ Conducting internal audits to ensure that the system is working properly and taking suitable CA/PA as
and when needed
▪ Conducting mock recall / traceability & MRM as per schedule
▪ Coordinating with QC regarding advanced testing facilities at laboratory, maintenance and certification
▪ Any other task assigned on need base
Worked as Assistant Manager QA in bakery company of Quality department for conducting external( FSSC/ISO 9001:2015, PFA, AIBI, PSQCA, ASHA & SEDEX 4 PILLARS) and internal audits, to implement quality objectives. Conducting PEMP, food defense, food fraud, HACCP system, Mock recall & traceability to ensure system efficiency. Supplier evaluation and allergen validation monitoring and internal food safety inspection. Involved in product testing of bread, snack and cake products, verification of quality and analytical process, supplier audits, internal and external audits, GMP’s & Food Safety inspections, SOP documentation and implementation, Customer complaints handling, FIFO implementation, verification of process line cleaning and maintain product quality to meet customer satisfaction. Experience of product testing in laboratory such as salt determination, FFA, POV, moisture, pH, ash, proficiency testing and moisture determination. Leading quality department and lab team.
