Bharat Rassani is a Development activist with vast experience in rural development and Graduate in M A Sociology from University of Sindh Jamshoro, Pakistan. In addition he have an extensive experience of working in rural and urban areas of sindh, A highly skilled, motivated and challenging person with a working experience of more than 11 years with the Social Development sector.
Working as Project officer at office level & field level different task of project and Facilitate the team and team capacity building -Planning and implementation of project activities. Monitoring and ensuring quality of activities. To set out the member development plan. Conduct TNA (Trainee Need Assessment). Organize trainings material and conduct community management skill trainings. Conduct seminar, Developing information communication campaigns, IECs to mobilize youth and adolescent/youth, females and community members. To make reports on seminars, workshops and rallies. Conduct TNI tools in different communities (Interview, Focus Group Discussion “FGD”, Ensure Pre Training Arrangements, Organize VTP (Vocational Training Programme) cluster Based, produce new designing and implement, Developing linkages and Providing Financial support to selected out of school adolescent girls of 15 & 19 Plus belonging to the poorest families for enrolling in the TVET institutes, Maintaining linkages with MFI's, employers, partner organizations, Civil Society and other relevant Govt. departments ,Creating awareness among local MFIs on the importance of youth friendly microfinance loan products and services Other tasks and perform related duties as required by the Region Manager.
Responsible for the overall management of the project (including planning, coordination and monitoring/evaluation of all project activities) in close co-operation with Section Manager
- Supervision of the project operations in order to ensure the project is implemented in line with planned activities and expected outcomes
- Represent TRDP/Oxfam when liaising with government authorities, donors, local authorities, UN and other organisations in the project area
- Recruit and manage local staff in close collaboration with section Manager
- Compile regular reports, updates and articles
- Capacity building and training of staf and community f (incl. training needs assessments on disaster risk reduction and first aid)
- Support media, press and visibility work in conjunction with unit and staff
Support IPs in finalizing IEC material, organize exposure visits, and document sharing and learning experiences of communities and stakeholders.
- Build linkages and synergies with relevant government departments (District and Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Social Welfare Department, Health Department) and organizations, and support IPs in developing resource maps and establish effective early warning system.
Deliver the training sessions in community training events (CMST, VO Leaders training, CBK trainings, CBDRM, EDT Master trainer, CLTS, Master trainer of Climate Change , ESM and CO/VDO/LSO Community level and staff trainings )
Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs, develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom Management and instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
Monitoring cluster based training's and Rollout.
Facilitate Staff trainings, seminar, workshop and other events of organization.
Write reports event wise and submit to Managers and donors. & also manages data of the trainings
Organizations Other tasks and perform related duties as required by the Senior Manager – HRD
Facilitating community programme like Artisan workshop, International days celebrating and conduct Enterprise development trainings, Supporting Artisans Groups to develop Business plan, supporting communities with needs assessment especially the needs of Children; Supporting research, reviews and other learning processes, Supporting TRDP - Enterprise support Unit and Artisans Group during planning meetings.

Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of enumerators, monitors, editors and forward campaigner maps and prior documents, Coordinates field team other County employees, and the public, Supervises the planning, preparation, and maintenance of surveying systems, procedures, and projects such as the indexing of maps and documents, and implementation of a Global Positioning System (GPS) and a county-wide Geographic Information System (GIS).Reviews team progress data, evaluates, recommended and approves payments; and issues certificate of Union council completion.
Community meetings & Introduction of Bank with Product, Selection of client and formation of Group, Loan appraisal ,cash flow making& Client and business verification, Loan process documentation, Loan disbursement, Loan monitoring & Reporting.
Designing of hygiene promotion messages, activities, intervention process and intervention tools; PRA tools. Arrangements and deliverance of hygiene promotion sessions to targeted community. Conducting the targeted hygiene promotion sessions with complete record keeping and pictorial proofs. Preparation of weekly, monthly reports and work plans. Detail assessment of the area of intervention and preparation of survey report before and after the hygiene sessions. Ensuring the conduction of targeted better health/cleanliness campaigns and mobilizing the community for the participation. Coordination and liaison with other I/NGOs and stake holders. Report writing and documenting lessons learnt. Any other task assigned
