I have started my career with Habib Bank Ltd in April 2022 as a Cash Officer and currently working as Branch Operation Manager (Officiating) in Habib Bank Ltd. I have worked in different segments of banking at Habib Bank Ltd which includes: Cash Officer, Head Teller, Customer Service Officer, and also worked as Branch Operations Manager. My assignment was to look after entire operational issues of General Banking of 3 branches of Nawabshah Region and have proactively identified issues and suggests appropriate action / solutions to maintain positive relationship to avoid regulators penalty.
• Ensure smooth branch operations complying to all internal controls, regulatory and compliance requirements, thus leading to strong business growth and optimum level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all processes are followed as per Branch Operations.
• Foreign exchange manuals & KYC/AML policy; while ensuring Compliance and TATs are met as per service Level Agreement between departments.
• Provide guidance and recommendations in order to support the resolution of all customer cases to improve overall customer experience.
• Management of variable cost factor pertaining to branch operations and to maintain the cost at minimum level and within budget to ensure branch efficiency.
• Responsible for reconciliation of Inter Branch Transaction Supervision /Cross Branch Transactions, Internal Control and branch outlook and ambience by properly maintaining branch furniture’s/ fixtures/ IT equipment to effectively support the front-line of the branch.
