Maintain coasting sheets of finished goods.
Manage payroll.
Manage documentation and record keeping.
Look after taxation maters.
Look after banking activities and reconciliation.
Look after accounts reconciliation.
Maintain petty cash.
Well knowledge of MS EXCEL.
Well knowledge to manual and computerized accounting systems.
Maintaining of Transportation, Office Equipment, and employee’s needs.

Generate delivery challans, Tax invoices and bills.
Maintain ledgers of customers, suppliers.
Maintain withholding tax record and deduction
Maintain daily sales and purchase reports
Maintain petty cash and expenses.
Negotiation and dealing with suppliers.
Maintain market survey report on monthly basis.
Look after all purchasing and supplies activities of finished goods.
Selection of right vendor for required material according to the PRQ.
Generate Purchase order for required material.
Follow-up of generated purchase order.
Generate GRN after conformation from warehouse.
