To ensure smooth production in all sections (Paint-TCF-Body shop). Looking after plant equipment and process.
Manage Maintenance team in rotating shifts, assign preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain spare inventory in given budget and documentation.
Adopt new techniques to reduce breakdown.
Plan and maintain condition monitoring activities on various electrical equipment.
Prepare Preventive maintenance activities plan accordingly to Daily, Monthly and Shutdown Basis.
Co-ordinate closely with other department for Plant performance and improvement.
Co-ordinate with third parties’ contractors for plant maintenance and calibration activities.
Make a plan and implement equipment calibration.
Conducting technical trainings and design training schedule.

Follow up Push pull Pickling Line process flow from Electrical Instrumentation side.
Lead Electrical Instrumentation team and co-ordinate with other department.
Hand on working Experience on AB,Siemens,Mitsubishi PLC, AC drives.Relay Control Panel, LV-HT panel, Electro-Pneumatic System, Electro Hydraulics.
