Patient Health Monitoring System Using IOT

<p>With the help of our Project(Patient Health Monitoring System Using IOT) the vital signs of a patient like heartbeat, temperature and Blood Pressure can be measured and stored in a database and can be sent over to a website where a remotely available doctor can access them and prescribe the relevant cure to the patient. This system uses a Raspberry Pi 3b+ pocket size microcontroller .This microcontroller is a portable, credit card size computer. Formerly ,  a database is formed by My SQL db and latterly uploaded on the website through micro-controller’s built in Wi-Fi module. This system has a great scope in future as the data gathered by monitoring can be used by the medical community for the research purpose. A fatal or terminal illness can also be forecasted by observing the patterns of the parameters. This system compensates the non-existence of proper health maintenance for the patients suffering from heart diseases and blood pressure abnormalities. Thus Patient health monitoring system based on IOT uses internet to observe the patients’ health and users can remotely observe the health of their loved ones.</p>
