Calculate the quantities and rates of items.
Preparation of Bills for the Venders.
Making Contracts, BOQs, Work orders, BBS Also lock & ensure the Final billing of projects.
Setting up and updating Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress for controlling project activities.
Reconciliation of all project activities on monthly basis and compare.
Attend in house meetings for smooth the running of the project and implement the deviation according to change order.
Develop and maintain estimating guidelines for work assignments and assists with estimates for new projects.
Ensuring quality of work to be executed and as per specification defined.
Preparation of Punch List and monitoring to accomplish the goals. Coordination with electrical and mechanical supervision engineer to meet the construction sequence and schedule and to avoid reworks.
