Lead OD efforts to improve workplace culture and employee engagement. Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills. Human Resource Responsibilities
Looking after all HR operations which include Recruitment, Onboarding, Trainings, Promotions, Transfers, Resignations, Appraisals etc.
Looking after mandatory requirement regarding Work Place Safety of employees.
Providing Trainings on Soft Skills, Cultural Development, Personal Development etc.
Managing payroll & benefits processing of management employees, faculty and domestic staff.
Awarding of distinction certification to best employees and faculty members and Branch Heads.
Managing the leaves data of management employees and faculty staff
keeping updated record of complaints / personal grievances and their replies.
Ensuring properly maintenance of files & records of the entire employees in SAP.
Coordinating with government institutions (EOBI, PESSI & IESSI), follow-up their payments and updating of data of employees on their web portal.
keeping record of resignation and HR Notices.
Administrative Responsibilities
Look after general administration discipline, hygiene, housekeeping, building repairs etc.
Maintain residences at colony for officers and workers, in good condition.
Supervise company Mess & Canteen matters in order to ensure quality food for employees.
Arrangements of air tickets & hotel booking arrangements for all official visits ( for employees & guests)
Monitor repair / maintenance of pool vehicle & keep record as well.
Coordinate with HOD in order to establish liaison with relevant Govt. authorities.
Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports / presentations.
Coordinate all departmental audits as per requirement.
Providing administrative support to all departments and manage protocol duties
Managing company transport, janitorial services, and general repair and maintenance of assets.
Responsible for ensuring best possible HR and admin services to internal customers through timely processing of payroll, employee benefits management, employee engagement interventions and administrations tasks. Also playing a vital role in law and policy compliance related matters within the company and with third party vendors.
Maintain employee records, including personnel files, performance reviews, and benefits information. Process payroll, including entering timesheets, calculating taxes and deductions, and issuing paychecks. Coordinate training and development programs, including developing training materials, scheduling training sessions, and tracking employee attendance. Other duties as assigned.
