Oversees Recruitment & Mobilization of both management and non-management employees.
Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle. Head hunting and executive search.
Source, screen and short list candidates’ profiles from database, portals, social networking webs, referrals and by placing job ads.
Conduct and /or arrange test and interviews including face to face, telephonic, Skype and VCI.
Prepare, extend and negotiate employment offers with the candidates.
Conduct verification of documents and reference checks of selected candidates.
Liaise with medical center(s) for candidates’ pre- employment medical examination.
Manage day today operational activities like follow-up with candidates from offer till on boarding.
Plan, administer and execute small and large scale recruitment campaigns’ across Pakistan.
Coordinate and liaise with Finance, Administration and Travel departments to seamlessly organize and execute all recruitment campaigns.
Work closely with advertising agency for job ad layout /artwork designs and placing job advertisements in newspapers.
Work in close coordination with departmental head, GM, and client companies’ HR & recruitment heads to make recruitment campaigns a success.
Maintain and update CVs database to cater to urgent manpower requirements.
Coordinate with government agencies for necessary approvals, insurance and candidates’ welfare fund contribution.
Manage routine correspondence within and outside the organization related with manpower.
Provide orientation and operations training to new joiners in the company.
Manage and motivate a team of recruitment executives to yield desired recruitment results.
Prepare and submit month end recruitment activities report to the GM.
Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all positions within the relevant departments; including managing attraction campaigns and candidate sourcing.
To manage and operate the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures to support the operational team within the Outsource Staffing Business Unit.
Liaising with Corporate Services such as HR – regarding mobilization of new joiners, arrival details, visa processing and renewals, passport release and induction.
Liaising with Logistics regarding transportation and accommodation.
Working closely with the Payroll team regarding payrolls, time and attendance sheets and invoicing.
Maintaining data base, Monitoring Kronos data base work force system and ensuring their cost codes are booked correctly as per the site activities.
Implementing and imposing the penalties as per UAE Labor Law against the defaulter/ employee disciplinary issues.
In case of employees strike in the Camp / Work site resolving the issues quickly /politely to break their groups and make them understand to follow-up the Company policies with mutual understanding.
Processing all types of leave (vacation, sick, compassionate).
Accommodation issues, allocation, transfer and coordinate with Camp bosses and Coordinators.
Managing the administration team to get work updated on time, making and implementing administration policies for the controlling of employees attendance, discipline punctuality on site according to their Working hours.
Supporting Top Management and Account Managers on daily contractual operational requirements.
Weekly site progress meeting with Site Management regarding for site administration issues.
Every fortnightly meeting in H.O discussion administration matters. Monitoring and implementing the Staff & hourly paid transportation schedule from their accommodation to the work place.

Full Final settlement of employees. Settlement for employees on Terminations, settlement of resigned employees.
Recruitment & Selection of Blue collar employees and Staff Management.
Maintain employees files & Maintaining department activity files.
Answering and updating employee’s queries and their vacation and updating the employee’s computerized HR & Payroll records timely and processed in HRM System & Preparing and Payroll Processing.
Handles HR/Payroll Processing and tracks and reports information. Completes assigned.
Reporting functions involving attendance statistics check attendance Punch/Swipe Cards for late commerce manual and in System.
Assistance in Final settlement process of resigned or Terminated employees.
Daily absenteeism reports, Daily manpower reports, Monthly absenteeism reports.
Maintain computer input forms, wages and deductions and posts of payroll records on Knowledge Base (Visual Basic ) Software, prepare reports such as benefit replacement amount, employees’ positions and benefit payments for internal use of departments and administrators.
Coordinate with House Keeping Supervisors regarding daily bases industry cleaning issues.
