Ensures inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical couts are conducted and reconciled with the system balance regularly
Plan, Coordinate and monitor the receipt, Storage and dispatch of goods
Conduct proper checks and ensure goods received are in good condition before raising G.R.N
Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and goods dispatched including labeling of all stock items
Measure and report the effectiveness of Warehousing activities and employees performance
Organize and maintain inventory and storege area
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
Interface with customers to answer questions or Solve problems
Maintain items record, document necessary infromation, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Ensure efficient and effective use of Warehouse space to include Layout for proper Planning
Achive high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
Ensure HSE compliance in Warehouse operation and guide to worker staff
Ensure fire safety, Spill control and handling in Warehouse
Checking that emergency exists are clear, Fire Extinguishers are properly maintained and Hazardous materials are labeled correctly
Safety measures adopted for heavy equipment & Vehicle operating at Warehouse

Responsible for the operations management of Poultry feed vehicles deployed for the distribution of Poultry feed at different locations.
Responsible for the vehicles maintenance management as per manufacturer recommendations.
Responsible to manage the staff driver/helper deployed to run the fleet of vehicles.
Responsible to monitor the movements of vehicles through tracking management system.
Responsible to submit the weekly and monthly reports to the top management.
Responsible to ensure the uninterrupted operations of vehicles by adopting the latest tools and techniques of management.
Responsible to prepare the movement plan of Vehicles.
Responsible to get the daily/weekly/Monthly reports from the field staff.
Responsible to do the analytical analysis of all reports.
Responsible to point out any kind of anomaly related to the vehicle operations.
Any other assignment given by the top management.
