I have over twenty years of experience in different fields including Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Enterprise Development, Livelihood and Impact Assessment. In addition have four years of experience in financial management. Possessing the relevant experience of working in different type of environments in collaboration with varied partners including government agencies, donor organizations and community clusters has helped me develop a sound knowledge base.

I have served in both NGO/ development sector and government sector. In addition I have worked as a free lance consutant for over 10 years providing management consultancy in the sectors of Livelihood, Education, Health and Disaster Management. I have now a consultany firm that has been undertaking management consultancy projects with private sector organizations interested in undertaking and pitching for government projects in mining, microhydel, agriculture, real estate and IT sector.  In addition have varied experience of undertaking capacity bulding activities for community based organizatios, government and corporate sector. Also possess expertise in business plans for startups, feasibility and investment analysis for business ventures and projects.
