Monitor meal dispatching & storage as per Food safety & Quality standard. 
Visit on Flights & monitor CCP\'s & storage of meal 

To Provide in-House trainings among Food handlers workers  Regards Food safety Health & Hygiene .
Monitor & checking the personal hygiene condition and working habits of the staff & workers 
To handle complaints and enquires from from customers on Food safety Hygiene food nutrition matters .
Daily cleaning of All Production areas and equipments with other departments Regards to Pest control Preventive maintenance GHP Health Hygiene & Safety Policies .
Periodically Review the Food safety system verification / validation of All HACCP Documents.
Perform the lab testing of Product at different stages of the production as per Quality standard.
Implement Food safety & compliance in the production facility .
Perform all other Duties that may be assigned to the Position.
