·         Resolve all workers complains and problems regarding Salary, Overtime,                  Shift management, Leaves, Attendance, Emp. cards, Medical, etc.
·         Daily Download Upload and Record Employees Attendance By Time Machine            Software and SAP Software, Control employees leaves.
·         Maintain daily employees Over-Time and Shift Management by ERP (Sap                  Software).
·         Record and update employees Loan by ERP (Sap Software.)
·         Prepare Monthly Payroll of all worker of the factory by ERP (Sap Software).
·         Calculate employees final Settlement and forward to Accounts dept.
