Assist in making arrangement for various seminar and training when & where required.Provided support in other project whenever needed.Writing report of the various events and submitting to program manager.Field visit when and where required.Attend training with district or out of the station when assigned by the supervisor or ED.Record keeping of youth training MoVs.Communication and coordination with youth for series of trainings.Communication and coordination with admin and program for training arrangements.IEC material distribution and record keeping.Managing expanses and completing supporting of youth training and submitting to finance department.Any other task assigned from time to time by manager.
To assist program manager in programs/Projects related activities.Any other task assigned.
