Well, this organization provides complete self-sufficiency to refugees including homes, jobs, medical guidance, travelling guidance and much more. As a brown Asian, I assisted agency in realizing and digging the problems of brown refugees’ more efficiently. Other than this, I strengthened the work flow of agency by managing emails and phone calls for higher executives of agency and scheduling their meetings using google calendar.
Purpose of my exchange program in USA was to make Pakistan and America closer through culture and academics. So, besides academics, I also represented Pakistani culture through formal presentations, workshops and other student activities.
Integrated two modern problems solving techniques, Design Thinking & TRIZ for future engineers. Main responsibilities were conducting workshops, interviews, surveys, data collection and data analysis.
Headed Event Management Team of Namal as its first president. This team organized more than 20 seminars, 2 convocations and 2 Fund Raising Dinners of Namal College Mianwali.
Facilitated SSO in handling emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings for Registrar & Head of Departments (HOD’s) and managing students’ records.
As a TA of “Developing Professional Skills Course”, I delivered tutorials on teamwork, HCI, plagiarism & referencing, interface evaluation, Design Thinking and TRIZ.
