Forecasting & Planning Responsibilities:
1. Forecasting and planning for the future business with buyers. To keep them engage for business.
2. Foresee article wise sales ratio and planning for next seasons & specific tenure.
3. To plan in hand orders with in company where execution can result in smoother way.
4. To keep plan the Capacity allocation and material arrangements to make sure the availability of buyers placed business.
5. To follow up with buyer for future business by keeping in view current & past businesses with comparison.
Marketing, Product Development & Costing Responsibilities:
1. To develop short term & long term strategies.
2. coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture.
3. Business Analysis, with reference to increase and decrease.
4. To arrange new Product development as new styles, asked by Buyer or having any design.
5. To share the new techniques, processes and new Product types to buyers.
6. Price Calculation, Product costing for new articles, products and existing articles.
7. Prices settlement with buyer season wise, article wise or as per products.
8. Forecasting and planning for the future business with buyers. To keep them engage for business.
Order Execution Responsibilities:
1. To communicate with Buyer through Emails, Phone & skype on regular basis against running queries order situations.
2. To Coordinate with PPC & all other operations departments for order execution, to avoid problems proactively & for smooth bulk production running. 3. Frequent Production floor visits to inspect the running products, to keep updated with status & to keep checking the product, packing and all compliance to ensure the product integrity.
4. To ensure on time orders completion within factory.
5. To arrange shipment Booking, Vessel planning and invoicing matters to meet the timely shipment/committed ETD with Buyers.
6. To work on Buyers Portals for sampling, Orders queries/working, Order downloading etc
