I prepare salary sheet,Annual leaves, medical insurance, Eobi, sales tax, withholding tax, petty cash and vouchers,Bank reconciliations, Asset reconciliation,Invoices and some admin tasks as well.
Sales Executive
I was directly involved in customer dealings. I started as a sales executive and i became the supervisor after a short while, then i used to take over my team members mishandled calls and provided them guidance.
CSR
I worked here as an CSR, it was a call center and we ran the debt collection campaign.
