1. Defining the objectives, managing resources such as material requirements, construction workers, equipment and timelines for different construction and infrastructure projects.

8. Identifying, responding to, and evaluating technical issues to maintain the project schedule, attending progress review meetings, and coordination meetings to resolve any site issues.
9. Collecting and verifying contractors' monthly Interim Payment Certificates based on approved Request for Inspections and processing them with the Quantity Survey department, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
10. Coordinating with Quantity surveyors and cost control engineer to examine any budget deviations, addressing contractors' price escalation claims, variations in design to ensure the project progressed within the schedule and budgetary constraints.
11. Proactively working on resolving any issues that could potentially lead to construction delays.
12. Preparing and tracking the schedule plan through scheduling softwares to monitor pace of work, while accurately reporting on project progress and timelines.
13. Coordinating contract closeout, including final documentation, to ensure project completion and compliance with contractual obligations.

Inspected reinforcement as per BBS in Pile Caps, Shear Walls, Columns, retaining walls, Flat slabs, SOGs, Coupling Beams, Ramps and Staircases. 3. Monitored mass concrete pouring including field tests of up to 20,000 cubic meters. 4. Conducted various tests such as Field Density Test by Sand Replacement, Compressive Strength Tests of concrete cylinders, Tensile Strength of Grade-60 reinforcement, Calibration of Batching Plant, Non-destructive tests of failed concrete structures followed by testing of sample cores and Sonic Pile Testing for pile integrity. 5.
