I joined this organization as a Trainee Production Engineer in the PET preform section and then later promoted to Junior Production Engineer. I learned about PET preform Injection Molding process, defects produced in molding process and their remedies. Currently I am working as a Shift Incharge. The major responsibilities are to run the machines smoothly and avoid breakdown in order to control waste. Ensure Production control as per production planning. Ensure on time documentation and maintain production reports. Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving problems related to quality and quantity. I am also part of the food safety team and made documents and SOPs related to FSSC 22000. HIGHLIGHTS· Manage shift staff of 10 members and 2 husky injection molding machines along with color dozing units. ·
Certify Daily and Monthly production reports as per standard.·
Preparation, Review of SOPs and ensure relevant compliance. ·
Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse and Electrical department to run production smoothly without any stoppage.
