– Training of shift supervisors and operators regarding quality, machine parameters, critical checkpoints, and housekeeping
– Make sure EHS compliance on the floor
– Give a complete schedule maintenance plan to the scheduling department and Engineering
– Ensures maintenance of machine operations
– Coordinate with senior for troubleshooting and timely execution of production
– Share production data with the dyeing manager
– Ensures recipe-making in the system
– Responsible for his shift (Batch time, water consumption, downtime of machines, housekeeping and machine maintenance)
– Check Dying Shade, Color Chemistry, Process/Parameter control

– Responsible for all work permit systems, initiating work orders, and providing hot or cold work permit as per
the nature of job to be completed.
– Dealing with client complaints to reduce product errors and working to improve polyester quality.
– Ensure the Process of Draw texturizing yarn (DTY) Production, efficiency and maintenance of machines.
– To Investigate and Troubleshooting of plant/process problem, take immediate action in case of emergency.
– To check out Lab reports and maintain quality parameters with standards.
– Coordinate with UTY (Utility), Electrical (E&I), power house, POY and Polymer departments.
– Check out the faults of POY (Pre Oriented Yarn) and resolve the issue for productivity improvement.
– Ensure all SOPs are followed in department, managing and utilization of manpower for production of filament.
– To communicate major activities to be done with higher management.
– To develop routine report, downtime report and plant activity in MS office
