Project : Nutrition- End Child Wasting, Nutrition Promotion & Community Level social and behavioral Services in 12 target Districts of Punjab (BISP & SUCCESS program)
Responsibilities included:

Strengthen district team relationship with Govt and stakeholders
Ensure That all activities with the community are aligned with Project Objectives.
Assessing the documentation of wasting management.
Regular visit to FC /Community (20%/80%).
To closely monitor and evaluate the gaps identified either at community level or facility level and Reporting as per prescribed formats.
Meeting with MTM&FTF group’s members and regularly sharing their feedback.
Assessing of all indicators as per indicator tracking sheets.
Family MUAC with BISP registered families.
Visits with beneficiaries houses along with SM team to ensure timely referral and follow-ups.
Assessing the targets VS achievements on regular basis.
Ensuring Involvement of groups members and LHWs, religious leaders in wasting management and IYCF activities.
Properly assessing the protocols followed for wasting management.
Support DM in weekly review of Monthly plan

Random visit in the field to assess that beneficiaries relate to their respective FCs.
Lead in establishing effective monitoring, information and reporting systems and in the development of communication materials and strategies to promote community participation.
Submission of all reports to PM after scrutinizing all the reports collected through DROs.
Ensure submission of all Monthly plans, monthly reports, activity reports well in time to PM after rectifying all the gaps from district reports.
Strength the capacity of DROs in reporting and share all findings with DM and PM.
Monitor the implementation of the Budgeted activities process and ensure effective utilization of budget

Project: Rehabilitation of flood affected population through livelihoods, climate resilience & DRR Strengthening in District DG Khan, Punjab   
Responsibilities included: 

Develop and strengthen monitoring, reporting and evaluation procedures.
Monitor all project activities, and progress towards achieving the project output.
Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities;
Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, on all project activities to the project management team.
Providing assistance to the Project Manager in preparing relevant reports.
Designing and managing beneficiary monitoring and database systems.
Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g. qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method, and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies.
Established a monitoring and evaluation frame-work in line with the policies of the Qatar Charity.
Lead the Baseline data collection exercise at the project initiation in the project area(s). 
Conduct regular field visits, in coordination with field staff, to assess project impact and collect feedback from beneficiaries.
To develop proper follow up mechanism of Agreed action as per field visit feedback
Random visit to the field to assess if the beneficiary selection fulfils the criteria established.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and Field visit reports in light field visit finding.
Leads in establishing effective monitoring, information and reporting systems, and in the development of communication materials and strategies to promote community participation.

Data analysis of collected data from the field and maintain chain of cash disbursement in each cycle.

Provide technical support to the field teams in beneficiary assessments.

Project: Third Party Field Monitoring – Polio Eradication Initiative.
Responsibilities included: 
• Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the monitoring targets. 
• Implementation of monitoring tools and guidelines, Training of Staff.
• Coordination, Communication, Reporting and Team Management.
• Time management to ensure targets are met and plans completed efficiently. 
• Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.
• Coordinating and liaising project activities according to province specific work plans
• Report weekly, monthly and annual monitoring results to the MnE Officer UNICEF.
• Conduct capacity building trainings of staff on existing monitoring tools and guidelines. 
• Conduct and Participate in monthly review meeting to share monitoring results.
• Random supervisory field visits for the spot check and any technical assistance.
• Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective and result oriented monitoring.
• Supervising the logistics. Supervising the Administration, Finance and Human Resources functions related to the project only.
• Maintain coordination and communication with the field teams for operational/logistic support.
• Timely collection, compilation and maintaining chronological record of the TPFM data, minutes of meetings, financial and programmatic record from the field teams of project districts

Project: Third Party Field Monitoring – Polio Eradication Initiative.
Responsibilities:
• Working under the supervision of Provincial Coordinator, provide overall data compilation/analysis and reporting support.
• Responsible for consolidating the data received from the districts field staff.
• Subsequent reporting on daily basis
• Provide timely feedback to the teams regarding reporting and pretentions.
• Train District Cluster Coordinators on primary data collection, analysis, and presentation
• Responsible for supporting the preparation and review meetings.
• Directly interacts with field teams on guidelines and standards of data, reports and presentations.
• Collect and compile indicators’ data and compile short presentations for PC and MnEO.
• Edit data and reports submitted by the field staff and drafts reports/presentation as per agreed schedule/format.
• Ensured that reporting timelines are maintained.
• Provide implementation support and overall data quality assurance to online database of reporting and data collection.
• Random supervisory field visits for the spot check and any technical assistance.
• Confirm appropriate coordination with field teams for tracking reporting and strengthening of data quality as per standard guidelines.
• Edit case studies/lesion learnt collected and present as agreed time.
• Assist the Provincial Coordinator in work planning preparing other relevant reports on the findings and lessons learned.

Project: Third Party Field Monitoring – Polio Eradication Initiative.
Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits as per travel plan approved by Monitoring & Reporting Officer and Provincial Coordinator.
• Collect data and report back daily to with findings, as per the approved schedule of reporting and field visits.
• Act in accordance with highest standards of ethics and code of conduct.
• Document a case study, lesson learned or any good practice in their respective area (one for each month).
• Prepare weekly/monthly field plans and share with MnRO/PC.
• Share data and reports with MnRO as per standard format and according to agreed timeline.
• Report critical issues from the field on daily basis as well as debrief the respective COMNet supervisor and other partners on identified issues.
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly narrative reports and share MnRO according to agreed format and timeline.
• Attend monthly review meeting and present findings and answer quarries.
• Write case studies / success stories (1 per month or as agreed with MnRO/PC).
• Any other tasks assigned by MnRO or PC.

Project: Third Party Field Monitoring – Child Rights in Cotton Farming (CRCF).
Responsibilities:
PATS/WASH, Health, Child Protection and Education programs are being monitored.
For achieving effective implementation, evaluation, impact assessment, review, and reporting outcomes of implementing partners (IP’s) work.
IP’s (PHED, Vocational training institute, Literacy Department, SUDHAR, MUSLIM AID, Chenab Development foundation, NCHD), duties includes:
• Field visits on daily basis
• Keep close coordination with the IPs.
• Monitoring of PATS activities, CRPs working, PRA Sessions, Triggering Process, Hygiene session and sanitation marketing, STU (Sewerage Treatment Unit), Demo latrine and School Latrine Construction, Monitoring of Hand Pump installation.
• Solving different problems occur in the field.
• Keep close liaison with the local district government.
• Responsible for Report writing on daily, weekly and monthly basis and presentations.
• Observing all the activity in the communities, conduct interviews of beneficiaries for monitoring and evaluation purpose. 
• Keeping the record of all field expenditures.

Project: Flood Emergency Response 2010.
Responsibilities:
• Monitored Education, Health & Nutrition, Child Protection, WES and WASH Programme on behalf of UNICEF.
• Checked all the activities of implementing partners (IPs) of UNICEF which were working on different program in eleven districts of Punjab.
• Brief on monthly basis to all UNICEF programme partner the achievement of team in review meeting.
• Daily based reporting in result of monitoring, not only reporting but also keeping documentation of all field visits.
• Checked all the documentation of IP (receiving & distribution), Health section, Hygiene Education section, observed all the activity in the communities, conducted interviews of beaneries for monitoring and evaluation purpose.
• Designed a presentation for review of whole month monitoring, and share it with program partners and PME staff for improvement in activity/ implementation by IPs.
• Monitored the quality of the information entered in the Programme and Project Management system and its effective application.
• Reviewed key learning from Monthly Participatory Programme Review and provide follow-up.
• Conducted baselines and thematic studies together with relevant field coordinator and project managers.
MICS Survey Monitoring.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor all survey activities in district of Sargodha division.
• Field monitoring and confirmed accuracy of beneficiary record, measurements and team coordination.
• Kept an eye on all sampling related to cluster and HH selection, accuracy of record of HH, privacy of record which got from beneficiary.
• Back Checking for verification purpose.
• Daily base reporting to field coordinator.
Nutrition Survey Monitoring and Data Management.
Responsibilities:
• Monitored survey of UNICEF on Emergency Nutrition Assessment with the collaboration of Bureau of Statistics Govt. of Punjab in the districts Multan, Muzafargarh, D.G Khan, Rajanpur, Layyah, Khushab, Jhang, Bhakkar and Mianwali in the capacity of field monitor from 27th October to 15th November 2010.
• Monitored sampling (segmentation and household selection as per Protocols) households (HH) identification as per standard definition.
• Actual count of the HH members and eligible children and Women tally with questionnaire and cluster control sheet.
• Close observation on prompt/leading questions, probing questions, multiple versus single response questions, recording of responses, teamwork and coordination, on-sight checking and editing by supervisors.
