·       Introduce   Qatar   Charity\\\'s    RRP program to   the   local   communities,   rnobilization and Sensitization regarding PATS Plus approach.
·        Carry out field related project activities and their reporting on prescribed    format.
·        Maintaining  good  relations with   communities,  notables,  and  local  contact   person to involve  them  in project  activities and seek their  support wherever required.
·       Assist in developing a social mobilization strategy and spatial planning for QC project.
·       Mobilize/sensitize local communities towards project activities.
·       Develop village profile/   ODK, identification of CRPs & assessment of beneficiaries    for ODF Intervention, Cl Gs and other supplies (N FIs/ Food items) as per established   criteria.
·       Coordinate closely with the project team for timely implementation of QC intervention
            Undertake regular field visits, conduct surveys, data collection/ need assessments.
·       Visits to construction sites to observe the quality   construction work   is   as per quality, standard and design.
·       Prepare reports   on the  areas where  QC work  can be carried  out  using  specific  tool    for gathering data,  prepare the  evaluation phases and implement the  recommendations.  
·       Conduct triggering with   community (male   & female) members using    PRA tool     for mobilization, demand creation and achieving ODF status of village.
·       Conduct BCC/ hygiene promotion sessions at schools, HCF & communities.
·       Capacity building of CRPs, VWCs, entrepreneurs on PATS Plus approach   & to attain   in ODF Status.
·       Provide support in Sanitation Marketing related activities.
·       Facilitate external & internal   visits i.e. Donor, Government & QC field visit    including ODF Committee visits.
·       Roll out of project   activities as per DIP & available   budget.
·       Prepare weekly/ monthly work plans and progress reports and ensure / maintain all type
      Of record keeping at community level.
·       Maintain project   data, pictures, MOVs and regularly updating   the data.
·       Providing data of the field to Monitoring   & Evaluation      Section   on time.
·       Responsible for coordination   with all stakeholders     (relevant Govt. Departments) at the Union Council/ village   and district    level.

·         Under the guidance of the Project Manager, monitor and coordinate the operational planning and implementation of key livelihood activities under the food for assistance project
·         Within the specific area of responsibility, prepare a range of reports and data analysis (e.g. food assistance needs, resource utilization, programme status, performance) and highlight trends/issues ensuring deliverables adhere to corporate standards and quality control
·         Develop and implement livelihood activities and raise anything to adjust according to the context
·         Facilitate community engagement on the project based on humanitarian principles

Private sector investments in Agriculture and Climate Change

1.     Assist MIS Manager in data collection, Data Cleansing and Data consolidation. Capacity to ensure quality data processing and identifying and addressing issues with data collected.
2.     Liaise with the database teams in the field and provide some technical and procedural assistance if required.
3.     Should be able to manage and supervise data entry process in the field to meet project deadlines.
4.     Respond to information requested from Coordination team.
5.     Have good communication skills along with output orientated.
6.     Can work under pressure, willing to work overtime when meeting hard deadlines.
7.     Have a good understanding of database concepts, writing SQL queries and producing summary reports when required.
8.     Able to work on database tools especially on MS ACCESS and MS Excel.
9.     Should be able to respond to any other related task assigned by the Database Manager.
10.  Should be able to modify/update database according to field requirements.
11.  Should follow the process and procedures as defined within the organization.
12.  Should have demonstrated experience working with research data/data base management or equivalent academic experience.

·         To actively engage in the beneficiary selection process under the guidance of Deputy Program Manager 
·         To provide support to the Deputy Program Manager for the design of the food security activities (gardens, livestock farming, etc.)
·         To provide support to the Deputy Program Manager in the design of the trainings to be provided to food security program participants
·         To conduct food security activities in the field under the guidance of the Line Manager (input distribution, trainings, set up, maintenance, monitoring, reporting, etc.)
