Actively involved day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.  Providing dedicated support to multiple clients, support Managers with a specific focus on HR transactions, & data maintenance.  On boarding specialist to Multiple clients ;  Ensuring data quality while maintaining and protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.  Update internal databases with new hire information.  Draft Job Offer Letters, Employment Letters, Contract Extension Letters, Transfer Letters & Experience Letters.  Ensure reference checks and security clearance.  Conduct exit interviews of resigned employees.  Maintaining HR records.  Processing Final Settlement of Employee & Invoicing to Clients.  To procure Insurance cover for eligible Employees for Group Life & Health Insurance plans. Employees Addition/ Deletions as per Policy, / Deletions of newly hired/ Resigned employees on Monthly Basis.  To ensure Reimbursement of Medical Claims in time.  To Maintain & Dealing with EOBI & Social Security of the employees and their Monthly Payments by Generating Salary Slips through online Portal

·         Liaison with clients for new onboarding, preparing hiring kits and employee files.
·         Maintaining Physical and Digital personnel records like employment contracts.
