Incident Investigation

Identify safety hazards in the warehouse, like storage and equipment risks. Collaborate on warehouse layout for safe movement and emergency response. Develop safe material handling protocols and procedures for hazardous materials. Train equipment operators, inspect forklifts, and maintain equipment. Address fall risks with guardrails and safety measures for elevated areas. Enforce fire prevention plans, locate extinguishers, and establish evacuation routes. Manage indoor air quality for dust and fumes, especially in material handling. Set safe loading/unloading procedures for trucks to prevent accidents. Ensure proper wiring, lighting, and educate staff about electrical safety.
