Experience spans around more than 12 years in the field of Education and Consultancy training, education policy, developing project-based learning and teaching material and improvement of quality and access. Involved in designing, facilitating, managing and accessing capacity building events, training workshops, consultancies and programs for development sector at national level. I have designed and conducted numerous training programs on Education within Cultural Capacities and Disaster Management. I have acquired an in-depth understanding of capacity development challenges and have had ample opportunities to apply the learning in designing, developing, and implementing capacity development strategies in District and Divisional school management and Govt. authorities.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Advocate the core elements of project (CFS) Child Friendly Schools by UNICEF/AIE with stakeholders for the promotion of rights based Education in public schools.
2. Develop Early Childhood Education classrooms in all Govt. schools at divisional level.
3. Develop and implement Divisional, District and Markaz level action plans based on National CFS standards.
4. Represent Organization & project at Divisional level with all the stakeholders (DSD, PMIU, PERSP, PHSRP, EDOs, UNICEF and AIE) and develop strong linkages for project implementation and success.
5. Fund raising and strategy development with all stakeholders and area community.
6. Development and implementation of Teacher Training program strategy in all districts of the division.
FIELD COORDINATION
7. Coordinate CFS program strategy with key stakeholders at divisional/districts level for better understanding with coordination with UNICEF and AIE.
8. Involve and provide support to DED including district CFS Focal Person and all others public private organizations for strengthening and expanding CFS concept with in the division.
9. Ensure implementation of the Divisional Action Plan throughout the target districts in line with AIE’s developed mechanism and hierarchy of proceedings as delegated (DFP, AIE).
10. Arrange and organize capacity building programmes (Trainings and workshops) as per AWP signed between AIE and UNICEF for DED, SH&NS, MCs & NGOs regarding School Management & SIP.
11. Arrange District Working Group (DWG) meetings including orientation, progress reviews and planning for implementation of deliverables in phased manner in collaboration with DWG members (DCO, DFP, NGO’s, DO SW, EDO CD, EDO Edu, AIE members).
12. Emergence of the District Government with project under the chair of Commissioner for long term implementations and basic rights provision in education even after the project.
