2. Good knowledge of checking and verification of contractor running bill, contract agreement and other documents
3. Writing daily site reports or visit report or progress report

 Manage request for purchase and request for quotation process and ensure tender and key sourcing request are aligned with procurement landscape
 Procurement of subcontractors and material, evaluate tenders on return, interview and negotiate with them if necessary, discuss potential problems and advise the Contract/Project Manager in placing a Subcontract Order
 Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
