To find clients new and lost to HIV care, help to overcome barriers and gain access to HIV treatment.
To outreach into the hard to reach communities and identify potential HIV+ clients and those at risk of becoming HIV+. Promote HIV testing, access and education about PrEP, and linkage to care.

In collaboration with mobilzation team, assess the low ratio of immunization in districts where communities are un rserved or left out from the immunization for aged (0 to 59) monthsm, and provide access to medical camps for provision of free medicines to all community members.
Develops and enhances strong mobilization with key community groups, leaders and other partners working in close collaboration with focal persons in communication and social mobilization, and civil society for promotion of participation in social and behavioural changes supportive of uptake of immunization services, focusing vaccination.
Use of communication materials and tools at the Community level that promote positive caregivers, family and community responses to immunization by influential community and religious leaders
Monitor and evaluate outcome and impact of social mobilization strategies and activities on the basis of applied communication research, planned and regular field visits; Contribute to the preparation of section annual work plans, quarterly, bi-annual, annual and donor reports, and project proposals as needed especially, related to immunization services.

• Develop good understanding of the guideline manual in order to be able to know who should be counted as residents of a household. Learn the definition of household and family and the circumstances when residents are likely to be miscounted. Good understanding would avoid omitting a person who should or should not be counted as constituent member of a household;
• Follow targeting procedures exactly and efficiently;
• Accompany Supervisor during forward visits in the surveying village a day or two before the actual survey starts to update household listings and the local area map;
• Ensure that weekly work assigned meets the requirement of number of households allowed to be covered each day and is reflected through the route map. Always make sure that the enumeration is conducted only within the boundaries of the assigned area;
• Attend daily debriefing meeting and report daily progress to the Supervisor;
• Before leaving for the field, always ensure to have all the requirements done:
• To Keep the information confidentia and not to discuss any information obtained during the field work with anyone other than your supervisor or other authorized personnel.
CHW (Community Health Worker) non-medical contractors work under the supervision of Area Supervisors.
CHW performs all three phases of Supplementary Immunization Activities (SIAs) such as:
1. Pre-campaign
· Micro-planning:- Assist in preparation and updating SIA micro-plans. Validate the micro-plans in the field. Help in identifying and mapping high-risk areas in the specific UC.
· Assist in selection of appropriate vaccinators as per given criteria and in their distribution as per need.
· Trainings:- Attending training sessions for vaccination of under 5 year's children.
· Partnership and Coordination: Promote partnership with all influencing factors at UC level in support of SIAs.
2. Campaign Implementation
· Data collection and vaccination:- Collect and collate the tally sheet data from the area of responsibility on daily basis.
· Ensure proper implementation of SIAs with special attention to hard-to-reach areas and under- served high risk populations.
· Attend the daily evening review meeting at UC level for every SIAs and record the vaccination data for corrective action on the following day of the campaign.
· Participate in preparation of realistic catch-up plans for missed children and implementations.
· Facilitate the work of Independent Monitors.
