1.Leading the technical inspection of the mall after regular interval.2.Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team.3.Improving and maintaining all the technical and non-technical systems of the mall.4.Getting follow up of all the departments on daily basis by checking daily activity reports.5.Proposing the planning chart of the activities like annual maintenance.6.Coordinating with all departments regarding requisitions or procurement and with the vendors.7.Approaching different vendors as per requirement and budget.8.Supervising all the technical systems of the mall including HVAC, firefighting, LPG and others.9.Maintain maintenance quality control and compliance with building safety codes.10.Prepare the annual maintenance budget and forecasts and all capital expenditure proposals with the complete guidance of Mall Maintenance Manager.11.Develop and maintain strong relationships with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure.12.Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.13.Ensure maintenance safety and quality control protocols are met.14.Supervise repair work performed by third party maintenance teams.15.Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.16.Any other duty assigned by the management and line manager.

Must Orion is a plateform through which new engineers are guided toward the upcoming demands of modern day industries. I started the experience as a newbie in 2016. I attended various workshops at the beginning but started to participate as an organiser in 2017. I worked hard and as a result, I successfully arranged almost 7 workshops with MUST Orion. Keeping that in mind, the authority of society appointed me as president.

Although not a part of it anymore, still I consider this experience as one of the best experiences in my life.
