11 year plus of experience in national and international humanitarian and development sector organizations; starting from grass root to management level.
Worked with renowned organizations including Islamic Relief Pakistan (IRP), Pakistan Red Crescent (PRC), Human Appeal International (HAI), UN-Habitat, National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) and Goal Ireland.
CURRENT POSITION AND EXPERIENCE
Currently Working in Islamic Relief Pakistan at the position of Monitoring and Accountability Officer and recently worked with Pakistan Red Crescent (PRC) in the capacity of Manager Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) and Focal Person (Project Manager) for Integrated Community Based Risk Reduction (ICBRR) Program.
Implemented the projects of Emergency Response, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), (WASH, Health, Livelihood, micro mitigation) and Volunteers Management.
Attended and facilitated multiple workshops/training related to Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Report Writing, Emergency Response, DRR, Log frames, Proposal Writing, Behavior Change etc.
Conducted research by using PRA/VCA tools and prepared research reports (AJK, GB, Sindh).

I have an MBA from University of AJ&K and M.Sc. Sociology from Mohi-ud-Din Islamic University. I also did 1 year diploma in Project Management Professional.
· Ensuring periodic reporting of each project being implemented in respective area office in line with M&A Framework.
· Tracking progress against output and outcome level indicators for each project.
· Furnishing and disseminating critical findings and observations relating to implementation project implementation plans and processes with concerned project manager and relevant technical supervisors in CO.
· Holding debriefing sessions with concerned teams on critical findings and observations to chalk out action points and course correction measures.
· Maintaining and updating program level cumulative progress against output and outcome indicators on the Indicator Matrix.

Ensuring and organizing case studies, programme evaluations and appropriate accountability of the IFRC supported activities along with conducting baselines studies.
Responsible for production of accurate, quality and standard narrative reports for PRC NHQ and IFRC and for donors, working closely with finance staff to ensure coherence between narrative and financial reports and applying results-based system for planning, performance measurement, tracking, learning and accountability.

Acting as Focal Person -Integrated Community Based Risk Reduction (ICBRR) Program
For the last 2 years, working as Focal Person for ICBRR Program (Project Manager) being implemented in two highly disaster prone districts of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).
Managing the program units including Disaster Managment (DM) & Emergency Respone, livelihood, social protection and WASH
The effective and efficient planning and implementation of project activities in line with the project proposal/logframe, the budget, time-frame and donor regulations.
Monitoring the project activities, coordinating external evaluations and ensuring accountability.
