· Ensuring periodic reporting of each project being implemented in respective area office in line with M&A Framework.
· Tracking progress against output and outcome level indicators for each project.
· Furnishing and disseminating critical findings and observations relating to implementation project implementation plans and processes with concerned project manager and relevant technical supervisors in CO.
· Holding debriefing sessions with concerned teams on critical findings and observations to chalk out action points and course correction measures.
· Maintaining and updating program level cumulative progress against output and outcome indicators on the Indicator Matrix.
· Designing and conducting project related reviews and reflections to extract important lessons learnt for continuous improvement.
· Providing technical support in designing and conducting KAP, Baseline Surveys, assessments and evaluations of the projects.
· Collation & consolidation of reports of KAP, Baseline and other studies.
· Collecting and document case studies and success stories.
· Facilitating internal and external action research activities such as impact studies, evaluations etc.
· Reporting on any non-compliance to beneficiary selection criteria to concerned manager along with technical supervisors in CO.
· Receiving, registering, investigating and recommending appropriate and amicable solutions on all beneficiary community focused complaints according to the IRP Complaints Handling Policy document.
· Maintaining, updating and sharing monthly complaints handling log-sheet.

 Assisting Programme Managers in developing and reviewing operational plans, including compilation, quality control and final editing, adhering with standard planning guidelines shared by PRC Headquarters.
 Development of PMER tools and guidance notes towards effective and efficient performance tracking and measurement at provincial level.
 Responsible for collection of program data through monitoring visits and coordination with the programme teams.
 Ensuring and organizing case studies, programme evaluations and appropriate accountability of the IFRC supported activities along with conducting baselines studies.
 Responsible for production of accurate, quality and standard narrative reports for PRC NHQ and IFRC and for donors, working closely with finance staff to ensure coherence between narrative and financial reports and applying results-based system for planning, performance measurement, tracking, learning and accountability.
 Maintain good communications with all concerned staff at PRC National Headquarters and other donors.
 Strengthening PMER capacities at branch level through workshop/trainings and other initiatives.
 Support the documentation processes for best practices and lessons learnt based on programme approaches relevant to the implementation of supported interventions.
 Preparing concept notes, representing PRC at forums including SDMA, administration and planning and review meetings at National Headquarters (NHQ).

Acting as Focal Person -Integrated Community Based Risk Reduction (ICBRR) Program
 For the last 2 years, working as Focal Person for ICBRR Program (Project Manager) being implemented in two highly disaster prone districts of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).

Managing the program units including Disaster Managment (DM) & Emergency Respone, livelihood, social protection and WASH
 The effective and efficient planning and implementation of project activities in line with the project proposal/logframe, the budget, time-frame and donor regulations.
 Monitoring the project activities, coordinating external evaluations and ensuring accountability.
 Report writing, developing success stories, editing annual reports, and preparing concept papers
 Holding progress review meetings, preparing and delivering presentations to the senior management at country office Islamabad
 Coordinating, organizing and facilitating the donor's visits in project areas.
 Documentation of program activities and keeping up to date record in soft and hard form. Preparing documentaries of the success stories of the projects.
 Maintaining coordination with the internal and external stakeholders including finance staff for the coherence of the financial data with the narrative reports.
 Responding all the major disasters through the distribution of food and non-food items among the vulnerable disaster-hit communities (Flood 2010, Flood 2012, 2013 Sindh, Earthquake 2014 Awarn).
 Implementing Disaster Risk Reduction Projects in Kashmir, Southern Punjab and Sindh province; including Community Livelihood Rehabilitation Projects (CLRPs), WASH, and Health.
