As an IT-Infrastructure specialist, I am
· Administering & designing LAN/WAN internet/intranet at HO, DTL, Warehouse and all stores.
· Dell/HP server’s installation and configuration.
· Installation of win server 2012 r2, 2016, Linux CentOS.
· Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracert, telnet.
· Switching and routing configuration Cisco/Unifi.
· Microsoft 365 admin center and QNAP ANS.
· Working on Active Directory & DNS server.
· Working on Hyper-V other server services.
· Veeam Configuration managing backup/replication.
· Managing HO, DTL, Warehouse and all stores Firewalls (Cyberoam, Sophos).
· Retail services (Candela installation, FBR installation, design barcode templates, vPOS installation).
· Manage the IT-Infrastructure of SRL HO, DTL, and Warehouse.
· Manage the shopper value related issues and user creation and deletion at shopper value.
· Managing telephone exchange.
· Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
· Responsible for communication protocols, configuration, integration & security.
· Working with multiple technical platforms i.e. mainframe, client-servers.
· TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair.
Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software.
