Responsibilities:
o Reporting Group Head HR
o Create CV database by using different Recruitment methodologies & manage
recruitment & selection activities
o Give orientation to new employee.
o Maintain leaves & attendance of entire staff through ORACLE
o Issued letters (Appointment letter, Show case, warning, termination, layoff and
promotion)
o Maintain employee personal files & maintain employee data in ORACLE
o Work on employee clearness documentation & generate final settlement on ORACLE
o Create salary of all staff on ORACLE
o Responsible for day to day management of HR operations
o Resolve corporate and campuses employees queries
o Liaison with Insurance Company for Medical cases, addition, deletion and renewal of medical cards.
o Manage supply chain functions to move products from suppliers to respective location.
o Manage supply chain stock. (Use SCM software)
o Prepare documentation of services.
o Troubleshoot and resolve center issue relating to supply
o Manage office stock and consumption.
o Regional office administration work. (Create enjoyable working environment)
o Admin support at centers (Repair & Maintains at centers)
o Utilities of Punjab & Kpk centers (Electricity & PTCL)
o Manage courier issue.
o Arrangement & Refreshment for office meetings
o Handling of Vendors.
o P.R preparation for vendors payment and record maintain. (Invoices + Vendor payment)
o Supplier Payments
o Travel desk Entire North (Vehicle & hotel stay)
o Handling external or internal communication or management system.
o Organizing, Arranging and coordinating meetings.
o Any Other Duty assigned by the management.
