• Designing electrical drawings of the new store.• Estimation of electrical and HVAC works in new fit-out project.• Execution of electrical and HVAC systems in a new project.• MEP team and material management for timely execution of the project.• Preventative maintenance of all electrical and HVAC systems in all Limelight shops throughout Pakistan.• Electrical and HVAC Maintenance of limelight Head office and factory production unit.• MEP facility management of all equipment in production units and stores.

• Checking and validating of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on drawing & Specification includes all works.• Preparation of taking of quantity from construction drawing.• Variation order preparation of non-BOQ items.• Monthly and weekly payment details on the basis of work progress.• Attend technical meetings with contractors and weekly progress meetings if required.• Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines/Trades has been carried out for all external and internal MEP services.• Verification of Cost Estimation for MEP Works (Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical) and Pricing, RateThe buildup of Materials, Labor.• Invite the Quotation from Sub Contractor/Supplier, Negotiation and Comparison, ability to prepare pre-contract & tender activity.• Maintenance and update of Approved Sub Contractor/Supplier database.• Corresponding with Consultants regarding the specification/technical and BOQ any difference to tender requirements and raise queries for clarification.• Coordination with planning, procurement, finance, and administration cell for necessary documents required for the submission.• Preparation of tender pre-qualification item, List of Sub Contractor/Supplier, Cash Flow Chart, Machinery.

• Possessing a solid understanding of contract documents and to review the same with project construction personnel and contractors.
• Review and Approval of shop drawings and material submittal, prequalifications.
• Assisting the site the team in developing solutions for any discrepancy at the site.
• Issuing observation reports, noting conditions of non-compliance with proper references to detailed drawings and specifications sections.
• Checking daily site progress report of the ongoing MEP works.
• Estimating for field changes as needed, Identify potential extra work issues and keep the Resident Engineer advised of potential issues.
• Engineering calculations, equipment sizing and selection for low voltage and Fire Alarm system including system layouts, equipment selection, and calculations.
• Assist the electrical designer in the design changes of lighting, lighting controls, power, fire alarm, and low voltage system.
• Coordination with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, process and other trades.
• Attending FAT Test as needed for material before delivery to the project site.
• Conducting the MIR to ensure delivered material at the site is as per standards and project requirements.
• Participate in regular meetings with consulting Architect and/or Engineer to discuss RFI responses and other project-related problems.
• Ensuring quality of work is up to the mark and complying with design, specification, local authority’s regulation and international standards.
• Supervise the MEP works and provide technical supports to the sub-contractor and the third parties.
• Issuing NCR's if anything not complying with design, specification and authority's regulations.
• Maintaining a strong client relationship and demonstrating a professional presence with all parties.
• Recommends appropriate actions to ensure compliance with all local regulations.

• Reviewing load schedules, power layouts, lighting layouts, schematic drawing, and Single line diagram.
• Reviewing shop drawings and Technical submittal against contract drawings and specifications.
• Liaison with local codes, legal requirements, and international best practice.
• Supervise MEP work according to Project Specifications and Tender Drawings and to ensure all work is tailed according to GFC.
• Check and ensure effective coordination between all MEP disciplines related works and all other inter-discipline. Solving RFIs, issuing site instructions.
• Prepare observatory reports for deficiencies during MEP installation work and NCR report for discrepancies if required.
• Attend all MEP Inspection Requests and take appropriate action.
• Checking Fire alarm, Low current system device services, voice, and data system and other MEP services at the site.
• Following site work according to SEWA, DEWA, Civil Defence, Municipality regulations for MEP services and international standard for smooth operation of work.
• Reviewing technical submittals of Fire alarm system, Emergency lighting system, Switch Gears, Low current system, Generator, Structure cabling services and checking material quality and ensuring all material quality as per IEE wiring regulation, IEC, BS and NFPA standard.
• Examining weekly, monthly progress reports and reviewing BOQ during the project.
• Checking shop drawings, RCP, coordination drawings, Builder work, schematic drawings, riser drawings.
• Conduct and minutes the MEP coordination meeting of the project. Attend weekly site meeting and updating the progress of MEP work at the site.
• Testing and commission of all MEP Services at site Checking O&M manuals, warranty certificates, As-Built drawings before handing over the project. Contribute toward the successful completion of Project as a team member.
• To prepare Snag List and Testing & Commissioning Report before the handing over of projects.

  Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:
·  Designing a Coaxial Cable network system.
·  Maintenance of coaxial network and all equipment to ensure the quality of services.
·  Finding an efficient route for maintaining very few losses of signals.
·  Troubleshooting and maintenance of network node, amplifier switches, battery backup.
·  Monitoring, recording and repairing network signal leakages, and Troubleshoot problems at customer end.

•  Maintenance and troubleshooting of the battery charging panel.•  Testing and commissioning of the railway locomotive. •  Checking of electrical equipment MCCB, isolators and testing of power distribution, and electrical distribution inside railway premises. 

Responsibilities as an Electrical Engineer:
•  Calibration and testing of the energy meters according to the BS standards.
•  Conforms to the IEC standard and exists in single and three-phase versions.
•  updating firmware and checking the quality of the energy meter,
•  Quality control of three-phase and single energy meters.
