Support the Resident Engineer and Project Manager in managing and overseeing the electricaldesign, procurement, installation, and testing for the new cardiac center projectReview and evaluate the electrical designs and drawings produced by contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, andgood engineering practicesMonitor the progress and quality of the electrical construction works, and take corrective action asrequired to ensure that the works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required qualitystandardsConduct site visits and inspections to monitor the electrical works, ensure adherence to safetyregulations, guidelines, and standards, and identify and resolve any technical issues or concernsPrepare progress reports, technical memos, and other documentation related to the electricalworks, and provide updates to the Resident Engineer, Project Manager, and other stakeholders asrequiredSupport the testing and commissioning of the electrical systems, and ensure that they meet therequired performance criteriaCoordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical orcontractual issues related to the electrical works, and work collaboratively with the project team toensure that the project is completed successfullyProvide technical guidance and support to the site team on electrical systems, installations, andprocesses, and ensure that they are implemented according to best practices and industrystandardsEnsure that all project documentation related to the electrical works is complete and accurate, andthat it is properly filed and maintained for future reference

Interprets construction CAD drawings, studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to the executionof any jobs.Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical andrelated works prior to execution.Detailed engineering with a safety factor in the design including (provision of building protection system, earthing pits installations,illumination of different areas, cable size, cable scheduling & route selection either overhead or underground, fire alarm/CCTV/datasystem and many more for different areas as per requirement.Load Calculation and sizing of transformer, Generators, UPS, MDBs and Sub DBs as per required standards.Designing and planning for underground 11/0.4 KV Distribution feeders and ring main circuits for housing colonies.Designing and planning for Over Head 11/0.4KV distribution network for housing schemes and commercial buildings as per Water andPower Development Authority (WAPDA)specification.Showing of11 KV and 400 V cables routing on drawing for housing colonies.Designing and planning for 11KV/400 V substation.Preparation of Single line diagrams for 11 KV/400 Volts substations.Preparation of Single Line Diagrams and load schedule for Lighting and power DBs, Sub DBs and main Distribution Boards.Selection and sizing of Bus tie duct, 11 KV HT and LT cables form transformer and generator to MDB, and SMDBs.Conduct electrical Survey for 11 KV distribution feeders planning & designing.Selection and Sizing of circuit breakers and capacitor bank as per load requirement.Preparation of BOQs and cost estimation.Low Current System Designing such as Sensor operated lighting system, CCTV System, Fire alarm system as per SBC 801 and NFPA 72Codes, Nurse Call System, Data System, Networking System and public address system.Preparation of shop/Proposal drawings and taking the approval from the consultant.G
