• Review of procurement manual and proposed changes for improvement.
• Cost optimization through cost and benefit analysis of proposed projects.
Accounting Duties
• Processes all A/R invoices requests ensuring timeliness and accuracy of codes
• Responsible for reconciliation of invoice sub ledger control accounts on a monthly basis
• Make payments for the program/projects related activities
• Processes all manual cheques ensuring appropriate backup and follow up with Accounts Payable
• Provides assistance to other related tasks assigned.
• Provides backup support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Reporting to the Chief convener.
• Arranging workshops, seminars.
• Writing of proposals.
• Implementation of projects.
• Maintenance of accounts ledgers.
• To attend finance meetings and document key information and decisions as required.
• Preparation of payroll.
• Implement and maintain properly all the regulations and procedures within the project according organizational chart.
• Preparation of various administrative documents, such as contracts, orders, letters etc.
• Follow up and recording employees leaves and presence sheets.
• Collecting CFW attendance sheets and payment forms from each CFW Officer on a weekly basis.
• Payment to the individual labours in the field and the assurance of availability of Identity cards and signatures.
• Assisting the coordination teams.
• Follow up of office expenditure and kitchen expenses and cross checking of entries to ensure accuracy.
• Preparing the summary on weekly basis for the forthcoming week/month.
• Work organization for office and house cleaning staff, cooks and watchmen.
• Managing household and vehicles contracts.
