•Conduct needs assessment/base line/surveys for data collection in targeted project areas.

 I have worked on HIV/AIDS project in Nai Zindagi Trust a National Non-Governmental Organization Fundad By Global funds ,geneva switzerland
My Responsibilities:

 I did work with injecting drug users and their families.
 I conducted counseling sessions and performed HIV/AIDS blood tests of Injecting drug users.
I Visited the families of married HIV/AIDS positive clients with their consent to perform the perform the HIV blood tests of injecting drug users spouses.
I visited Govt.Hospital DHQ sargodha every week for the issuance of Anti-retroviral tablets and baselines tests (CBC, LFT,RFT) of HIV/AIDS patients (male , females & children)
I Visited PPTCT center and registered pregnent HIV/AIDS effected spouses of HIV/AIDS drug users clients with PPTCT (prevention from parentr to child tranmission) center for their safer delivery.
I motivated HIV/AIDS effetcted clients to take take Anti-retroviral tablets regularly 
I did close coordination with other team members (social mobilizers, male out-reach workers, paramedical staff memebers for clients wounds, and administration)

I did field work/internship in an Urban Community Development Project No.8 which is situated in green town Lahore.
My Responsibilities:
I did community awareness raising campaigns and seminars which includes, Anti-child baggers campaign with the support of Lahore, punjab Police, Anti-Dengue seminars, Cleanliness campaigns for the project area surrounding community with the support of  LWMC (Lahore waste managment company).

I did field work/internship during my study, in a Govt. institute Aafiat an old age home for the senior citizens in township, Lahore
Details:

 I did repport building with the sinior citizens of Old age home 
I did case work and took case histories of the senior cirizens to study their case
I arranged recreational activities for the old age home senior citizens with the support of that institute incharge and my group fellows, those recreational activities includes cricket, outdoor trips, Birthday celebrations, mother and father days celebration, iftaar parties in ramadan month and Eid parties.
