Mr. Asim Raza, a experienced coordination & logistician comes up with more than 14 years. Mr. Asim Raza is well organized, process driven, and have the ability to develop efficient coordination, operation leads with logistics expertise. His education, Masters in business administration makes him capable of managing complex operations implementation in emergency response & logistical support to the projects. Throughout his career, he has an extensive exposure to first tier logistics and manufacturing supply chain management. He is proactive in approach, makes him capable of spinning numerous plates without losing his focus.
During his careers, he has managed massive emergency response operation supply chains for shelters, WASH, FSL and DRR related projects with national and international NGOs; he has worked throughout the country and has also managed large logistic teams remotely during emergencies by maintaining high quality standards which is reflection of his leadership skills.

Programs Management
- Implementation and follow up of all program activities in Sindh South.
- Ensure completion and regular (weekly) update of PMF for projects implemented.
- Ensure effective integration and mainstreaming of gender into all programs;
- Build and/or improve systems to supervise and manage the implementation, monitoring, learning and evaluation of program;
- Collect project information and give feedback to the ACTED Country Coordination and as well as to the local donors;
- Manage human and material sources within program in an efficient way;
- Administer program budgets and evaluate program financial effectiveness
i. Externally
- Liaise with the local donors and the local authorities for the program;
- Produce all reporting requirements for the programs;
- Participate in fundraising and proposal writing for expansion of ACTED programmatic activities in the area;
FLAT Management:
Closely supervise and monitor the work of finance, administration and logistics.
- Supervision of FLAT system and procedures within the base and build a strong communication with Islamabad FLAT team for better implementation of system;
- Respect ACTED FLAT system and provide all FLAT documents for Islamabad FLAT team and Coordination review on time;
General Management:
- Chair the base Weekly and monthly Coordination meetings and share the minutes of meeting to Islamabad office;
- Liaise with ACTED Islamabad office for any base issue as security or administrative;
- Build a strong team to manage and run base properly;
- Liaise with government authorities, donor and NGOs to set up better plan and coordinate base activities;
- Strong communication with ACTED national staff and transfer their requirements and suggestions on time to ACTED Islamabad office;
Procurement and Supply Chain Management
· Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.
· Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
· In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
· Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
· Assist in Annual Performance Review for vendors.
· Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
· Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
Stock Management
· Having a clear understating of the company’s policies and vision regarding warehouse managements.
· Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security protocols.
· Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
· Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
· Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
· Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment & Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
· Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
· Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely.
· Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment.
Fleet Management
· Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles.
· Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
· Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
· Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
· Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
· Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
· Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
· Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
· Complying with U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations.
· Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsible for Head Office/ Field offices managements /Medical items procurement & all projects procurement, stock management & fleet management, Ensure information flow with other departments and other sub bass for effective services delivery thus securing the successful conclusion of the programs. Mange the IN and OUT processes of the stock in AREA Offices and ensure the proper implementation of these processes in the sub bases, & also ensure the maintenance and repair of assets and property. Comply with all the reporting requirements form Coordination and Director.
