To entertain customers’ order through SMS, phone Calls and emails.
• Receive customers’ complains and resolve regarding products, delay in services and rates.
• Provide to customers product information, quotations, availability of products, schemes &
trade Offers etc.
• Prepare product demand from corporate to Karachi region to maintain the regional
inventory (twice in a week).
• To generate the SOP Sale order processing for invoicing purpose.
• After receiving the invoices from billing department take print and handover to warehouse
with sign & stamp for delivery.
• Maintaining the customers’ discount approvals in (hard copy, soft copy)
• Opening the new customers’ account in system after taking approval from management.
• Taking approval on Branches customers’ account opening forms and opening the
accounts in regional systems for invoicing.
• Provide the outstanding balances / ledgers to the customers’ or sales person for
releasing the payments on time
• Maintain the customers’ account opening forms and update for H.R record.
• Reporting to the management as per demand customer wise, product wise region wise
etc.
• Prepare various reports on Excel for management analysis and to provide sale figure
on daily basis.
Correspondence with shipping companies in order to export shipments.
• Follow up with forwarders & shipping Companies to get Bill of Lading.• Able to prepare Pre & Post shipping documents SAP.• Track shipment on daily bases.• Follow Up with Clearing Agents in order to get GD`s, Clearing Bills etc.• Responsible for send monthly Statement to Account of Clearing Bills & Fright Invoices.
• Visiting Doctors to give them knowledge about Dr Essa`s Laboratory Services.
• Organize medical seminars with Different leading Doctors for medical
awareness in students and different social sectors.
• Conducting literature searching, research, compiling data for project &
office coordination.
• Resolving doctors issues concerning with the services.
• Providing administrative assistance to committees & group tasks.
