Responsibilities:

Keep the records of daily, monthly production, calculated the machine and line efficiencies.
Chiller Section: Troubleshooting and maintenance of Ammonia Chillers plants, HVAC Systems, Heat and load calculations.
Monitor and control the working operations of Air-cooled chillers.
Monitor and superintend the working of ammonia chiller plants.
Record and manage the working operation of AF (Ateliers Francois) 40 Bar Air Compressors.
Monitor and control the working of the Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Fan coil Unit (FCU)
Installation of Mechanical Piping and instruments of components of the plant.
Compressor Section: Grasso Compressor V series 1100 installation, piping work and commissioning.
Evaporating condenser (tube type) maintenance: Coils of the condenser are tested for 18.5 bar pressure and fiber Coated.
Generators Pre-startup, Installation, Start-up, Operations & Maintenance.
Preventive Maintenance, Critical Maintenance & Routine Maintenance of Diesel Generator.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of machines.
Execution of the work according to the shop drawings.
Read piping isometric and P&ID drawings.
Maintain the average downtime and provide technical assistance to operation teams.
Mechanical Workshop: lathe, drilling machine, pumping section repairment, assembling machines.
Applications of lubricants to machine parts, corrective and preventive maintenance implementation.
Report on construction progress and major plant issues to the Technical Manager every week.
Knowledge of working operation of Firefighting systems like Fire Separation system FM 200 and Fire Sprinkler system.
