Currently i am working as Assistant Relationship Manager in RDA department & monitoring financial transactions as below.
- Inputting all FCY Conversions on TRS
- Outward/Inward Remittance processing
- INPC Placement/INPC Encashment processing
- RTGS/Internal Fund Transfer processing
- Dormant activation, CPI updation processing on rosetta & generating ticket on service desk portal
- CDC request processing
- Communication with branches regarding all kind of RDA transactions
- Resolving AML queries
· Transactions of RTGS, FTT including TRS entry, and Pay order including Branch follow up.
· Conversion requests with ITRS entry.
· INPC request and emailing to department, sending out INPC issuance emails to customers.
· CDC account opening request along with CDC transfers.
· Link account request emails
· Activation and Discrepancy Emails to customers.
CPI & CNIC updation on ROSETTA and generating service desk tickets.
Charges reversal email, and approval.
· Resolve AML alerts querying by the customers.
· Process inward remittance MT-103.
· Rate negotiation from Treasury of FCY currency & disbursing inwards remittance to DIB customers.
· Taking SMP rates & process with approvals.
· Dormant account reactivation.
· Process, Scanned & Updation of Address/Cell/ Residence number & expired CNIC.
· Conduct Interview calls of Sales staff on behalf of Area Manager.
· Maintain monthly SQ report.
· Dealing with customers in routine enquiries.
· Resolving customer problems related to the above and other operational issues.
· Processing of Cheque Book & ATM reminder, request & issuance.
· Updating of Address/cell/ residence number & expired CNIC.
