Facilitated the whole process of recruitment which include; Preparation of vacancy announcements, initial screening of CV’s, contacting short listing candidates for tests and interviews, conducted tests and interviews, informing successful and unsuccessful candidates after final short listing, vetting of new hires, prepared of job offer letters, completion of all HR related forms for all new hires.
Prepared all personnel and administrative related correspondences (Job offer letters, employment contracts, promotions, transfers, retirement’s & resignation)
Ensured Personnel files are actively maintained, up to date and are in accordance with SEHER Personnel policies.
Ensured Leave Balance is maintained, up to date and prepares Leave status reports at the end of every month and share with Manager.
With the guidance of HR Manger, maintain up-to date and accurate Online and hard copy personnel files
With the guidance of HR Manager, provide staff with information about their terms of employment, leave, as well as other relevant information.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive files.
Maintain & update CV bank for efficient Recruitment.
Plan and manage exit interviews
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
