Currently Working as Technical Officer-Policy Implementation under Global Implementation Program in Tobacco Control Department, Vital Strategies, which is one of the global public health organisation, to provide technical support to Govt of Pakistan and CSOs in implementation of WHO-FCTC in Pakistan to combat Tobacco Epidemic.
Previously worked as Manager Technical at Non-Communicable Diseases Program Punjab Program under Primary Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab initiative under Annual Development Plan to implement National Action Plan for NCDs in Pakistan in aligned with Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030.
During work with Govt. of the Punjab, contributed in Provincial Public initiative on Prevention Control of NCDs Program and implementation of National Action Plan for NCDs Pakistan, Inclusion of Mental Health Component, Establishment of Well Woman Clinics in 130 District Headquarter Hospitals and Tehsil Headquarter Hospitals across Punjab for screening of females for Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer along with capacity building of Master trainers TOT and Medical Specialists and Monitoring of 130 NCDs Screening Desk, NCDs Clinics for diabetes, hypertension, Well Woman Clinics and Muawan Clinic (mental health screening). As Research Pharmacist Lead, I led IMP procurement, development of Protocols and Management Guidelines following National Health Services UK SOPs.
