Redesigned Emumba's network infrastructure to comply with ISO standards, deploying Unifi Enterprise Fortress Gateway and pfSense firewalls to establish redundancy, ISP failover, 2FA, VLAN segregation for TCP, VOIP, and NVRs, and a dedicated guest network. Implemented MAC filtering for secure enterprise access. Enhanced security with an ISMS featuring SIEM, ESET antivirus, network monitoring tools (PRTG, Ntopng, ManageEngine, SolarWinds), and IDS/IPS. Established QMS and managed service desk operations, including ITSM and ITAM, to streamline service and asset management.

Deployed Unifi UDM-SE and UDR controllers, configuring 40 Unifi Access Points to support over 400 users in adherence to industry standards.

In my capacity as the IT Deputy Manager of Infrastructure & Operations at Bestway Group, I have effectively overseen a dedicated team responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of vital IT systems and infrastructure.
